About Us
InnovAsia, Inc. is a manufacturing and innovative supply chain management company that operates out of three cooperative offices in China. We are looking for six interns to work in China on teams of project managers and factory evaluators to develop new product lines and manage current lines. Our China side managers are hard-working, smart, goal-oriented and creative. They are looking for interns to train to participate in every level of factory evaluation, quality assessment, and product management.
Successful applicants will learn about and report on all facets of sourcing, manufacturing, quality control and product management and will leave this position with invaluable skills and industry knowledge. This internship program is uniquely structured for each individual to have on the ground experience. Successful participation will be a great addition to your resume.
I created this internship with the hope that I could provide [college] students with the opportunity for a China work experience that I wish I had when I was in school. we are doing exactly what I set out to do.

You will get the chance to connect with real foreign customers online and in person sometimes. You will help them from design to boxing and shipping and everything in between. You will know the ins and outs and MAKE the ins and outs happen!

As an intern you will assist companies abroad to connect with foreign customers on product orders. You will be involved in tracking those orders throughout the process to play an important part in quality control and follow through. All the while having an awesome time and eating great food.
Assist With Real Orders
Finding new products and following up on orders to insure the shipment time is still on schedule and the product is turning out well. That means traveling to other factories. Cool! More bullet train rides!

A Custom Experience
The internship experience will vary from semester to semester. The locations will also vary for interns. Depending on where you are placed, you may be assigned to a garment factory or a sales & marketing office. Whatever the case, education in international business is at the forefront. We will work with your educational goals to help you build your resume. You will be assigned to a specific stage or role in the overall supply chain process while being exposed to other stages of the supply chain along the way.
