The InnovAsia Internship is designed to Provide BYU students with real work experience in China.

Visit Factories & Working Onsite

Experience manufacturing in person and get to witness the process of product production from plastic injections to fabric printing. We don't fly you 1/2 way around the world to sit in an office!

Global Supply Chain Management

Understand the nature of supply chain management from a global perspective! Actively participate in various stages of the manufacturing process and appreciate just how complex it can be！

Hands-on Projects & Experiences

From product testing to quality control, be physically present and involved in every step of the process and learn practical skills that can't be learned from a book... well you can, but it just wouldn't be as fun!

Resume Building Knowledge & Skills  

Gain practical experiences and skills such as project management, technical understandings, factory relations and problem-solving. All of which will help you gain a valuable understanding of the Chinese business culture.

Chinese Cultural & Lanuguage Immersion

What better way to learn a culture or language than being in it?! you will be working along with native Chinese co-workers and communicate often with factory owners. Along the way, you will build life long relationships, both personal and professional

Shenzhen is the location of a permanent office for our interns.
Shenzhen is a modern metropolis that links Hong Kong to China’s mainland.

We have permanent offices here in the factory of one of our primary partners. It’s a real China experience in a very dynamic work environment!

Shaoxing

Keqiao, Shaoxing is currently the location of one of our permanent offices. Keqiao is known as the textile capital of China.
